work not following doctors note
What can I do if work not following doctors note. .. they follower when they want to. I can't stand more then 2hrs and breaks when ever I want too . And last time I work I had leave early because of cramps to find out I was dehydrate because of work ..
I was going have serious talk with my manager then call hr. I just feel in the way of things but I really need Keep a job.
I agree with the other ladies. They have to comply so get ahold of HR and see if they will enforce it.
