How does contractions feel?

They really do feel Like your going to get your period like horrible cramps. That get worse.

Im 35w2d...... I feel my stomach getting hard throughout the day too but not sure if they r BH or him

How far along are you? Could be practice contractions, the contractions I felt with my first child and the BH contractions I've felt with this pregnancy haven't been sharp. They've been an intense, dull, deep pain. Kind of like period cramping but deeper and more painful. Some people also get back labor which is felt more in the lower back, I've had a few BH that have been like that too.
