subwayy

Is a meatball marinara sandwich from subway safe to eat? I've heard pretty bad things about subway so I just wanna be safe, totally craving it

I look at the health ratings before I eat anywhere (even before I got pregnant)...the subways here are in the 80s for their scores, so I avoid them. Must be different in other parts of the country.

Ive been wanting obe of those too (: lol . I think it safe. Its food… & its not exposed to the bacteria like the vegetables & hams they have there.

Just make sure you get it toasted :) Heating it up will kill any bacteria on the lunch meat.

The meatballs are already fully cooked lol. So yes. I've enjoyed a few during this pregnancy.

Yes they are totally safe i work at subway so i know that they fully cook the meatballs before they are served

Its safe & the meats are safe too even if yu don't heat it up cuss places like those their meats at one time were warmed up to get all the "bacteria" out & then cooled again. I've ate subway BMT's untoasted about 7/8 times already & me&my baby are healthy & I'm 25 weeks&some days. Enjoy yourself(: don't be over worried. But meatball is def okay there made warm anyways & their def cooked.
