I cut out fish, caffeine, any coffee or latte, I do eat junk sometimes. Like a honey bun instead of something else for breakfast. And I've been sleep-in a lot so I eat only around 1 to 2 meals a day.
Did you do anything different with your diet? Cut out caffeine or anything similar?
I had that issue and what I did was drink alot of water and took naps when I could. If they get to the point where you can't function throughout the day I would call your doc right away. Hope this helps!
