I have hyperemesis I've been to the er like 5 times due to not being able to keep anything not even water down they admitted me to the hospital and kept me in over night to control me im fine once im in the hospital with the iv fluids plugged in and getting zofran for nausea but the day after I leave its all back to normal ..I get ultra sounds they say my baby is healthy and fine but at points  I'm scared Sonce I can't keep much down I just want everything to be okay

Zofran has a lawsuit again it for giving babies birth defects. You could sue that hospital. But the nausea is normal all I can say it try to eat no matter what.

Same here with my second pregnancy i got some patches to. Keep food dpwn they work had to use them till i was 6 months pregnant

I took zofran my whole pregnancy with my daughter because i to lost weight n was in and out of the hospital zofran is amazing and what u see on tv is bs my daughter is 9 months with no birth defects lol... Everything is harmful while your pregnant ive had people tell me i shouldnt drive while pregnant because theres a chance i can get in a wreck lol people everywhere have opinions about whats right and wrong for you and your baby but i took zofran and my daughter is beautiful and healthy... This pregnancy i was prescribed promethazine so maybe you could ask you dr about that i took my zofran over promethazine because it made me go straight to sleep... But even my daughter at 7 months got prescribed zofran for a stomach bug so i think if they can give it to a baby its safe to take while pregnant

I have HG and had many trips to the hospital due to not keeping anything down. I would be put on iv fluids and zofran I was put on a zofran pump at 15 weeks till about 24 weeks! I still have sickness at 34 weeks I take one zofran odt a day and my little man is health as can be! I lost 30 pounds within 10 weeks but now past my starting weight! Its hard being so sick but so worth it! Good luck hope you start feeling better soon! (: and as for all the ads on zofran linked to birth defects unfortunately any medication we take while pregnant can cause them! For me zofran saved me and my sons life.

I'm not sure if Zofran is good for the baby....I've been seeing it on TV, I went to the hospital and they gave me
some and a prescription for it but didn't take any since then. So I hope that little bit didn't affect my baby.
