Bump on testical

Hey I'm 19 year old male, and the other day I notice a small BB size bump on the outside of my left testical.
It doesn't hurt but I'm guessing its been there about week or less, cause I check my self about 2 weeks ago.
I can't make an appointment to see my doctor for a while. I was wondering if the ER could diagnosis it?
And what else should I keep my eyes open for? feel free to ask any questions, thank you.

I am 15 and i have this pea sized lump right underneath where the testicles and penis connect. it is tender and it is pink and smooth on the top. it hurts if i touch it. i just noticed it 2 days ago and wanted to know if it would be best to get it checked out or just wait to see if it goes away. I will go to my doctor if necessary but it's kind of embarrassing.

Hi,

It would be best to see a doctor. If the bump has been there for quite some time then it would be important to find out what it is. This would usually begin with a physical  examination in order to see if the bump is not a normal part of the testicle (the testicle is not perfectly ovoid, there is a normal bump), and then subsequently, an ultrasound may be done to look whether the bump contains solid or fluid material. Testicular cancers are indeed a concern, and it tends to afflict young men. On the other hand, early diagnosis generally achieves cure in a majority of cases, so there is much reason for optimism. Stay positive.

I don't think its my epididymis, its in the middle more towards the right of it.

its been a few days so im gonna watch it and see if anything happens.
I gotta appointment this Thursday.

And I notice I place this in the wrong thread, sorry about that!

Hi,
Is there any other symptom? Any changes in the skin? Problems with voiding urine?
The testicles are not perfect spheres. There is an anatomically normal bump around the back area called the epididymis. It may be a good idea to have yourself examined to make sure what you are actually feeling is abnormal.
