Testicle pain

I am currently overseas for the last year. Last month I found myself masturbating more than normal (2-6) each day, 3 days ago during masturbation I felt a little pain and a sharp pain during ejaculaton. Today, I realize that my right testicle is larger and I still feel a sharp pain when touched.

Besides my right testicle being slightly enlarged and some pain there are no other symtoms. Someone told me that I may have just bruised my testicle and that in time it will return to normal.

Hi,
Your case history point towards some infection probably of epididymis or prostate.
But to be sure of what's happening to you, consult a surgeon or urologist preferably.

Hi.  Probably the best thing to do is to have yourself checked by a urologist.  The enlarged. swollen testicle might be a sign of an infection (e.g. epididymitis or orchitis).  An hernia (a part of the intestine going into the testicular sac) or a varicocoele (varicose veins around the testicle) can also cause similar symptoms.
