Throbbing pain in bladder area with fullness

Let me start off by saying I'm a 6'5 21 year old male with throbbing pain in the prostate/bladder area. It all started a week ago and I ended up in the Hospital July 30th, while I was urinating at the end of the urinate I had extreme pain, but I've been having the throbbing pain there for a few days. The worry caused me to have an anxiety/panic attack and I rushed to the ER and I had 219/88 blood pressure, I got examined for hernias, had my lower abdomen felt around and searched, and even had my urine examined. Nothing seems to be out of place, they sent me home on possible bladder spasms. The pain is still there with slight discomfort at the end of urinating. I also have pain there during ejaculation. I have no fever, infection, but I am pretty constipated as well. I am also struggling with worry and anxiety with this problem. Very worried and taking mini panic attacks! I am urinating frequently as well, between 15-20 times a day. Thanks in advance!

I went to the doctor's again, and turns out that I'm just really constipated, he felt around and said I'm really full and cause pressure on my bladder and the such. Thanks.
