Is this CT scan normal??

I had a CT done because I was having a really bad headache and I saw this on the report, sound scary but should I be worry or is this normal?

There is no midline shift, abnormal
extra-axial fluid collection, or intracranial hemorrhage.
The basal cisterns are patent.

That report is unremarkable aka normal. Please note that CT is usually just the initial test, intended to rule out obvious mass, stroke, hemorrhage, etc. If your symptoms persist, you should follow up with your doctor to discuss if you might benefit from any other lab and/or imaging tests, including but not limited to MRI brain with and without contrast.
