History age wise 1st year:
My boy age 6.5 years now. He was normal when born and after he reaches to age 1 year, we feel he is not using his right hand as left, I consult a children doctor, he told me your child is totally left hander.
history age 3rd year:
On his 3rd year we feel he is not using his right side( dragging leg walking using right toe, and not using right hand). on the other side his left side is fully working strongly. I consult doctor for rehabilitation he advised by exercise of right side leg and hand finger he will be strong enough to use this. we started exercise his leg and hand.
history age 6th year:
on his 6th year we feel suddenly at night when he was in deep sleep a fits on his right side his mouth turns to right, eyes to right side and right side becomes totally sleep for 3 to 5 minutes. but after this he becomes ok as before I consulted a doctor again for this disease. he prescribed EPIVAL syrup use once a day. Mean while we face again a 1 minute fits in a month, and then again for 30 seconds after more 20 days. so I am very upset and serious In the matter please some good advise in the matter.

Report:
There is T2/Flair high signals areas are noted in periventricular region especially involving the left side extending upto corona radiate.
No intra or extra axial focal mass lesion, infarct, midline shift or intracranial hemorrhage seen. The basal ganglia , internal and external capsules, mid brain, pons, medulla cerebellum MRI signal are normal. Pituitary and optic chiasm are unremarkable. The visualized paranasal sinuses are clear.
IMPRESSION:
There is T2/Flair high signals areas are noted in periventricular region especially involving the left side extending up to corona radiate. Findings are concerning for ischemic area in the region of water shed. Other possibility is demyelination process. Previous imaging correlation or follow up scan may be helpful.
Please help and give me a good suggestion I love my son too much.
