Please help me with this report

Hi, my mother (76yrs old) underwent FNAC test.  Report is as follows:
FNAC smears from supraclavicular lymph node shows good cellularity.
Shows polymorphs population of  lymphocytes predominantly small mature lymphocytes  along with few epitheloid cells.
Background shows caseous necrosis.
AFB Stain - Negative for Acid Fast Bacilli.

Comment: Suggestive of Granulomatous Lymphodenitis.

Is there anything to worry about? Can it be cancer?
I have to wait for 3 days as the doc is on leave. So meanwhile

please guide as to my doubts. Thanks
