I have read your email pertaing to this lung aneurysm, and it's funny because I too have the same symptoms.  I have read the response and they told you that they doubt your symptoms have anything to do with it.  Priot to me finding out what I had, i use to cough alot at night and I am 60lbs overweight, I am dizzy a lot and my blood pressure is about the same range as yours.  I am constantly getting headahces which nothing seems to work.  I am under doctors care right now but in the meantime I have been trying to seek additional information or talk to others with thw same problem. I just happen to go to emergency because I choked really bad of of some colon cleanser (powder form) and I could not catch my breathe my breathing became shallow etc.  well anyway I went to emergency and they did a chest xray just to make sure I did not puncture anything from the coughing and that's when they found the spot (coin shape lesion) on my left lung.  I am also curious about this, but I do thank God that he made it possible for me to go to the hopsital for whatever reason and get checked out because there are know known sysmptoms for this.

This is a tiny lung nodule.  A nodule is usually a small, round shadow seen on chest x-ray anywhere in the lungs.  It is unlikely to be responsible for any of your symptoms.  You will need to see your family doctor or an internal medicine doctor to find out the nature of the problem that is causing your symptoms and the best treatment.  This would include any restrictions at work.  A cardiologist would be the type of specialist to identify if the aneurysm of the sinus of valsalva is causing any of your symptoms and the best treatment.
