Inflammation and enlarged lymph node in lung

Could anyone please tell me what this could mean, an enlarged lymph node and inflammation of of my right lung have shown up on a CT scan when initially being scanned for other reasons. An incidental finding but a bit of a worry as now have an urgent referral to see a chest specialist. Has anyone had anything similar or know of anything similar or what could be the findings? Naturally I am very concerned as I have pain in my upper right back when breathing but it's very painful if I cough...along with other symptoms such as fatigue, itchy skin, night sweats, general feeling of unwell and sometime headaches.
