Excessive Yawning

I have no idea why, but I am always yawning.  I drink coffee, sleep 9 hours (but interrupted), excercise, I'm not overweight and have no idea what could be causing this.  Please give me your advice.  Thank you.

No, I'm not experiencing any of that.  I just yawn a lot, even in the morning after coffee.  I haven't talked to a dr. about this, didn't think it was that important but my friends keep asking me if I slept ok, and after I tell them I slept 9 hrs., they suggest I see a dr.  I'm not sleepy when I yawn, are you?  I heard it might be related to some meds.  Not sure.
I hope we get an answer from a dr. on this so he/she can shed some light on the subject.
Good luck.

I am always yawning to get air day in day out. had tests and now looking at maybe stress. Even though i dont feel stressed. it makes me out of breath all the time with the slightest movement too. I am always aware of my breathing and it is as if you have to stay awake to make sure your lungs are working. Does this happen to you too
