Cough almost 4 weeks

Dear Sir/Mam,

I want to ask for your opinion regarding my situation. I got cold and cough almost 4 weeks ago. I went to see two family doctors and they gave me antibiotics for my bronchitis, but my cough still persists until now. Finally, i went to pulmonary doctor and he gave me another prescription and Chest Xray. However, it says that the xray is normal but there is a questionable promonince. Here is what the report says:
" There is a questionable prominence of Right Hilum. this most likely represents a combination of shadows. Clinical correlation is recommended. This may also possibly represents a focal infiltrate in a patient of this age ( I am 25 Years old). Follow up radiograph in 4 weeks are recommended . The heart is normal. Mediastinum is unremarkable. Costrophrenic angles and diaphragms are normal.
Mild prominence of the right superhilar region is possible  representing an infiltrate VS a combination of shadows with ribs. "

After that finding, the pulmonaris told me not to worry and recommended me to do CT Scan contrast to ease me.
Do you think i should take this advice and having CT Scan? Do you think i should worry about the findings on my xray? please advise me because i feel miserable right now ...thank you for any feedbacks

this is not a doctor to patient forum so i hope you don't mind hearing it from me. i had cough too, over 4 weeks. keep ignoring til i developed a pain in my chest, had fever and terrible cough. it probably best if you'd take a sputum test to see how you can be treated. chest xray can be tricky specially in the early stage of a disease. i am only 26 and i dont smoke or drink liquors, so i thought im far from this problem that i have now. i won't tell any further. please have you sputum checked.
