Do I need a second opinion

I recently found out I have an extremly high cortisol count, in looking for a tumor on my pituitary or adrenal glands they caught the lower lobes of my lungs on the cat scan and found multiple nodules in both lungs. On the cat scan they did of my lungs showed hundreds of small nodules in both lungs. They suggested I be followed up with a pulmonologist. I went to a specialist in Macon, GA who after days of waiting told me that was a normal cat scan and to have it redone in 6 months. I told him I didn't feel it was normal. I have had a lot of tests in the last year and none ever showed anything in my lungs. When I asked him if he didn't do a biopsy how did he know what the nodules were and he said "my years of experience" tell me they are nothing.  The only thing he asked me was how did I know the nodules weren't already there. I told him that in the last 4 months I had also had worsening shortness of breath and nausea. Should I seek a second opinion. Thank you
