HPV related respiratory disorder

4 months ago engaged in male oral and female genital sex. She had HPV 16. Since then, I have had chronic cough. 2 months ago There was leukoplakia in mouth, so the oral surgeon biosied and show fibroepithlela hyperplasia. then a wart like polyp popped out of site incision. which turns out to be squamous hyeprpasia. a bronchoscope done a few days later shows bronchial injection but no tracheal injfection. No the coughing is worsening now starting to have sputum though clear. other signs include SOB and pleuritic chest pain. CXR shows increases mild infiltrate perihilar and bilateral lower lungs. prominent righ hilar shadow and pulmonary vessell, pt is already on losec, and allegra to rule out postnasald drip and GERD as the cause.

could I have respiratoroy papillomaotosis? could bronchoscope introduce HPV to the lung?
