Any exposure to black mold can lead to an infection of the stuff. You need to see a pulmonologist for testing to see if you do have an infection and begin treatment.
Your response was very much appreciated. She has actually finnished the antibiotics for her lung infection but still has breathing issues.
Will still recommend a pulmonologist as they may be more of a specialist than the doctors she has seen.
My lady friend is 67, the mold experience was at a DR resort (Feb 19th). At the same resort she fell down four steps of a vendor beach shack that had no railings.
She has a concussion, wiplash, deep dissue damage. Had internal bleeding, think that has stopped now. I suspect even though exrays did not indicated broken/fractured ribs she may have hair line ones perhaps causing discomfort when breathing.
It has been a month and still seems to require a great deal of sleep. She has little appetite and feels nasious a lot. Do these kind of injuries take a long time to heal?
Many Thanks
