100 mm/hr ESR for 3 Years Baby

My Daughter is 3 years old and she is continously getting fever since 2 months every time we had been gone through fever contrloing with P-250 syrup and some cough syrup for supporting cough. but after two months also the cough is not getting stopped so taken blood Sample and gone through ESR 100 mm/hr and taken x-ray also where we found flum in fight ribs area. now we are using Budecort 0.5mg. (Livolin and Asthilin which are been used earlier).
