Cold, Flu, Pnumonia, Bronchitis....what do I have?

I dont know if I have the flu or pnumonia! I have been sick for about 3 weeks, with a horrible cough. My chest has a rattling feel to it when I breathe, I ache all over, I constantly feel sleepy, there's this mucus that wont come up no matter how much I cough. My voice hasn't been normal since I got sick. I thought at first I was dehydrated, so I started drinking lots of water and gatorade and then I have taken almost every OTC med there is for cold, cough & flu, with absolutely NO luck! When I cough, I start gagging on thin air. It's hard to keep focus because it feels like my head is swimming in oil, and I have chills running down my body. What is wrong with me?

I've been on an antibiotic for almost 5 days for bronchitis and an ear infection. My cough is getting better but I still have no energy and cough a lot at night. Should I call my doctor tomorrow or wait until I complete my Keflex? I feel pretty crappy still. I was hoping I would feel better by now. I'm still having a fever off and on, too.

Sounds like allergies, possibly environmental , most of us are being sprayed by the aerial spraying they are constantly doing, ask for a Heavy Metal toxicity test to see what toxins .do some research there is much about this online .

This has lasted for about 3 weeks, if not longer...and it only seems to be getting worse. I am almost at my wits end with this. I want to be able to talk in my regular voice again..I sound like a mouse! And this cough just wont go away...I dunno what to do

Around here, many people have terrible sinus infections and they are seeing the doctor and missing work.  Docs are having trouble conquering it.  It lasts 3 weeks.
