Pulled or torn muscle in breast

can you tear or pull a muscle in your breast from coughing? I have asthma and COPD and I felt this searing pain in my right breast after huge cough and a bout of sneezing that followed.

I think I tore either a muscle or ligament under my left lung from sneezing and turning my head toward the right,ever since then I feel a sharp pain around there and it seems the pain has now traveled to the other side and up more on the internal side ,will this ever heal on its own or will it get worse.

What did you do to fix the tear?

Yes you can i did this once felt like a tearing ripping feeling on my left side of my chest.
