What makes a child with a trach on 2 liters of oxygen to destat at times during sleep and awake ,have had several sleep studies done and all were normal,and doctors can't seems to find out whats causing him to destat to below 90% and sometimes around 77 ,also that was born extreme premature with Cp Seizures Disorder,gerd Adhd?

If he has had 2...perhaps the second one is not working again.  He may also destatting due to stress.  Any change in his position or a sound that he is reacting to in the room.

He have had 2 fundoplication done, one in 2007,and the other in 2010 I have thought about that, also, but I am so discourage because I think the doctor thinks that I am worrying to much ,that why I am seeking other info

Gerd, would be my first thought.  Premies seem to come with it.  If the stomach acid gets in the throat it can cause breathing problems.  It can also get in the nose and ears.  Have the Drs. mentioned that??
