Streaky Fibrosis

I have recently been told that I have streaky fibrosis in my right lung, both lungs are otherwise clear as is the pleura.  Can you please tell me what is streaky fibrosis and is there a cure.

last year i got my lung infection and already cured as my doctor proved..but lately, i feel not good in breathing and my chest and my back are always hurts...i took another Chest PA last week and i got streaky fibrosis in my lung's upper lobe..how can i cure this..?

My radiology report of my X-Ray Chest shows the conclusion as:
"Mild bilateral apical pleural thickening and streaky febrosis are probably related to previous infection."
However, I have no record of any infection in lungs before.  Is this symptom serious?  What is the conclusion meant?
