hi, if tuberculosis is of lymph nodes of cervical region, chemotherapy is usually given for 2 months. But if it associated with lungs or any other site, therapy is given for 6-9 months.

Symptoms of tuberculosis subsides within one month of starting therapy but the drugs are given for long duration.
