What does inflammatory process in both lung apices mean? Am I positive to TB?

I had a chest x-ray for employment purposes and the impression was suspicious inflammation in upper right lung and need apicon x-ray. So, I had the apicon x-ray and the findings was patchy densities in both lung apices and the impression was inflammation process in both lung apices.
