black mold

I have chronic pneumonia and have had for years.  I just found out I have been living in black mold for over a year.  I was so sick it took me a month of antiobiotics the last time to get over it and now I have high blood pressure when my blood pressure has always been perfect.  Could the allergins in the mold have caused me to not recover as quickly?  On a side note my beautiful Silver Tabby "Porsche" had been puking non stop when we lived there and now is fine since we moved.  Her vet could not determine what was causing it.  Could that have been causing it?  I don't know much about it and am looking for some advice on what to do.  The apartment complex wants me to sign off for $1,620.00 and sign away all my rights for any future or known heath issues.  How toxic is this stuff?  If you need to see pictures of how bad it was before you can say anything or give advice I have them.

You need to restore your Immune system immediately. Order Transfer Point Beta Glucan, take 500mg per 50 lbs body weight (your pet too), Do this for 8 weeks and your immunity will be restored, only 8 weeks. Take chlorella and barley greens daily for life to detox the spores from your brain. I am an RN specializing in alternative health.

From my understanding Black Mold can be some pretty hardcore stuff-- I would not sign away rights for future claims-- my suggestion-- get a lawyer and fight them on it-- i would think it would be worth it in the long run--- check this out for a little more info: http://www.lamold.com/health_effects.html

Pictures don't do it. Before signing anything pay to have a professional lab analyze a sample. Pay an off-duty police officer to take a sample in an evidence bag, mark it, and send it via fed express (signature required). You may have to look around for a good lab. You have no idea what kind of mold this is, nor canj it be told from photographs.
