Im 26 and started having chest pain in my sternum area i thought i was having a heart attack but a few days later now im coughing and trying to clear my throught kinda feels like im getting a cold. iv also had nausea back pain and hip pain iv also have a hernia and acid reflux but take my meds and they dont help iv had it for so long i know my symptoms and i dont think they r related can any one give me some answers r point me in the right direction are am i just getting too carried away and it not be anything to worry about.Thanks to who can help

if the pain is between the breasts when you push down it may be costochondritis. which are inflammed muscles. not sure if that helps.

I too have been having pains in the sternum area for a long time,. its very scary i know man. its hard to pinpoint exactly what is causing the pain. acid reflux? gas? anxiety? theres many things that can cause the problem.

You may even have LOW stomach acid. I would try a pill of beatine HCL with food, if it causes you a warm sensation in stomach that means you do not have low stomach acid, but if it doesnt, then you have low stomach acid. low stomach acid and acid reflux have basically the same symptoms and are often misdiagnosed with each other.
