What have you tried?
Do you smoke?
Do you take medication for elevated blood pressure?
Have you tried stopping dairy products?
Have you tried hot mint tea?
Have you tried gargling with hot water, salt and the same amount baking soda?
We don't have enough information.
I'm not a smoker, I've tried many different tea's, gargling salt but never both salt and baking soda will have to try. I do take high blood pressure medication but, I was having problem before I started taking medication. I've recently changed diet to a more healthier one but, again had problem before diet change. I will also try no dairy to see if that has any affect.
