Sharp back pain in my upper back under my right shoulder blade.

I suddenly have been a very sharp pain for the past couple days. It feels like a knife-like pain that occurs when I take deep breaths but also when I lay down on my back or move my right arm. I haven't done anything to hurt it. When you ouch directly on the area that I have the pain it does not hurt and the is no visible mark on my skin. I have been trying to search answers but I couldn't find anything.
