Thanks for the response! I actually did all that and the result of an Angiogram was a small stent in the right lower coronary artery, about two months ago. The Treadmill Stress Test came out fine and there wasn’t any sign of the symptoms I typically suffer when exerting myself however, the treadmill test was only exerting the lower portion of my body. The Angiogram/Stent came after the Stress Test. After the Stent they did an Echocardiogram (non-stress) and it was Ok. Now however, the original symptoms have returned. Guess I need to go back to my Cardiologist and let him know. Thanks, for the good advice!

Hi, you should have yourself evaluated for the chest discomfort. It becomes all the more significant because of your associated symptoms of dizziness. Cardiac pain or chest pain can be felt as a tightness and worsens with activity or exercise. It could be angina, pain due to inadequate supply of oxygen to the heart muscle. This could be more relevant if you are a smoker, are overweight, have a positive family history, are a diabetic and have hypertension. But when in doubt always best to have it checked. So please consult your primary care physician who may ask for an EKG or a treadmill test to rule out a cardiac cause for your symptoms. Regards.
