I don't know what tests they did on you in the ER,but you could do a chest x-ray,chest CT,heart EKG,heart ultrasound,complete blood count/coagulation factors,breast exam/mammogram,esophageal endoscopy,and go to chiropractor and get some adjustments if you also have any thoratic back pain.
Lung Cancer is usually asymptomatic until the person starts coughing up blood or loses their voice. Their is a lot of stuff far more common than cancer that can cause pain in the chest,plus being a 20 year old female your odds are pretty low of having lung cancer.
