I've been suffering from postnasal drip ever since May, when I was very sick with Fever, muscle ache, chronic diarrhea, and a sore throat for like 2 or 3 weeks. I was very scared so I waited three months from my last sexual exposure and I took a HIV test along with other STDS and everything came back Negative (Thank GOD). Today, I went to the doctor because this postnasal drip is driving me insane, and he said he suspects is Sinusitis a Sinus Infection. I'm very nervous, I know my HIV test was negative but I've never suffered from a sinus infection. He gave me some medications to see if it will improve if not they will do some X-Rays or CT scans to see what's wrong with my sinus, he said a Nasal Wash will have to be done to clear my postnasal drip and sore throat which I've been experiencing. I don't know why I'm suffering from sinusitis, i'm really scared. I'm afraid its because of HIV and I know I tested Negative, but i'm so scared. What could've cause sinusitis? omg!!! someone can help me out??? It's been since May, and now it's August and i'm still having postnasal drip and that sore throat. Someone please help me, any information they can share. I'm a wreck.

i have the same problem. no sore throat but the mucus comes out like rubberbands for months and im worried i might have a disease or cancer. i saw oe where u can live up to 40 years with it and u have to take 20 pills a day. u also have to stick pipes in ur body and clean urself out. i dont want that to happen to me. i want to be a firefighter. if i have a condition, it wont happen
