Five days days later told needed oxygen all day and had pulmonary hpypertension. Begining of July had second echocardiogram and told Hypertension deminished from 70's to low 60's. With the information provided, it is impossible to comment on your prognosis.  The decrease in pulmonary hypertension with the use of oxygen is encouraging.  For the greatest benefit, oxygen levels should be carefully monitored, including during sleep.  If the level is even borderline low, oxygen should be used 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The tetrology of Fallot is one of the major congenital heart diseases that will cause you to turn blue.  To live to age 71 with it is most impressive.  It is not a cause of pulmonary hypertension.
