hi there, i just read ur symptoms and as far as i know and have read, cold chills, and ringing in ears (which is also called tinnitus) are one of very few symptoms of hyperthyroid. Having said that, tinnitus is also a symptom of high blood pressure.

I have had several thyroid tests and they were non-conclusive. Of course that is the perameter of normal. Tomorrow will see the nurse practioner and again give her my symptoms. Last night was very hyper, over eating etc.
