sinus headache?

Help, I have this constant dull headache and feeling of tension..muscles stiff as a board in my forehead.   Thing is, when i hold my nose and blow air into my ears and hold it, the pressure headache and muscle stiffness goes away completely; but comes right back when i let go of my nose..    I also seem to have a constantly blocked but very dry nose.    I had a CT scan with contrast dye, of my head...totally normal and no sinus blockage..  Can you help please?

If this is really related to your nose and/or sinuses, it might be worth a trial of a nasal inhaled steroid to see if reducing the swelling of the lining of your nose can relieve the pressure.

I would speak to your physician about trying this.

I HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS WITH TESTS RESULTS THE SAME.  IF ANYONE HAS ANY IDEA LET US KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!
