sinusitis, excessive sweating, deviated septum, tonsilitis, nervousness, what do you think

First of all sorry for the grammer as I am not a good english speaker.

i was diagnosed year 2007 with severe deviated septum prior to this i have been experiencing some weird feelings about my health throughout my childhood , teenage and adolescent years. Let me share you my experiences about my health so you could enlighten me if those weird feelings are related to sinusitis/deviated septum as what i am thinking of or you might have experience the same thing.

Since childhood, i have been suffering from recurrent tonsilitis, nose bleeds, asthma, fever, excessive sweating, tiredness. All I knew was that I'm suceptible to those illness because of genetic weakness(as what my parents told me). given those childhood ailments made me believe at a young age that the excessive sweating i am experiencing was due to the effects of my poor lungs due to asthma. furhtermore , I have poor social relation. I find it difficult to interact in social gatherings because i feel nervous, i sweat alot in the head, face, neck, back, and everywhere which pissed me off.

when i turn college i began to feel that im not like the normal helathy person. when i brisk walk I get soaked in sweat. I notice the numbness in my face. my eye lid started blinking unvoluntarily especially when i am tired. my eyes feel dry all the time. i have frequent stiff neck. i feel nervous, anxious and restless. when i sleep i woke up in sweat. when my eyes feel dry and i try to crimple my face i feel like my eyes are going to burst into tears. my throat feels dry. Sometimes i get confuse with simple things and tends to get nervous easily.

year 2001 When i started working, i had my physical/medical exam  everything went OK. since medical exams doesnt include xrays/ctscan of the head the deviated septum was not detected, so i was unaware that something in me was wrong. year 2004  when i visited a dentist to extract my tooth, the dentist notice that my jaw is locking and my 2 front upper teeth is not align in the midline of my nose, so i was advised to have dental braces, due to finances i didnt bother to have it. year 2006 i started working as call center agent, i have had several sleeping problems that bothered me alot. when I speak, my voice sometimes get nasal sounding even when i try to modulate it. my co-agents also notice that they could hear my breathing when they listened to my calls. and my boardmates notice that i grind my teeth when i sleep. i began to worry about my health i started researching about my problem in the internet and found out that i have deviated septum. but still not 100% sure about it  so i also consulted an ENT. it took me almost half of my life to determine the problem in my nose that had altered my life. I had my deviated septum fix but didnt fix it 100% as they informed me that it may take 2 operation to entirely fix it as it was completely deviated to the left and its all crooked up to the back of my nose.

i still experience excessive sweating, sinusitis, tinutis but tonsilitis i havent experience it so far, and  its been a year and 1/2 since my surgery.

what bothers me now is that everytime my nose gets stuffy i notice that I sweat alot is this related?

All of these problems you described could be related to your deviated septum. I have had many of the problems that you have experienced although not all of them. I am now a senior in college. I had a septoplasty in the summer to repair my badly deviated septum. I now wake up alert and full of energy for the first time in my life and school is a breeze. I had so many problems that I thought for sure it could not be related to my sinuses. ALL of them were. I feel like my life before the surgery was just wasted because I didn't function at half the level I now do. don't listen to people who bash the surgery who haven't had it done or had it done five years ago since the technology has improved. contact me if you want to hear more about what happened to me
