oh and this has happened to me since i was a child. i also have another unrelated question.. i at times have this very TIGHT feeling in the sides of my chest and am unable to breath without a lot of pain or not even at all. all i can do is not breath and try to breaht a couple seconds later to see if the feeling has gone away. does anyone know what is causing this? it happens very rarely but to the point where i am noticing it.
OmG I'm so thankful I found this thread. Im exactly feeling the same way like every month of my life. I thought I'm seriously sick or whatsoever that got me so worried all the time. Im often rush into the hospital coz I feel like I can't get enough air and that I need to yawn often so that I can breathe well and so that it can get into my lungs. I always get my heart checked too. ECG, xray and other lab tests are normal
Thanks to this, somehow it makes me feel that I'm not alone although I'm hoping everyone could get rid of this and have a healthy life
