Slight pain in penis after having protected sex with sex worker.

Hi Doctor,

I am 30 yrs,Unmarried Male. 4 days before, I had protected sex with Sex worker. I had weared two condoms and there was gap at the tip of
the condom. And Penile-vaginal Sex lasted for only 5 mintues and i had inserted my penis only half not full as i was afraid and i ejaculated
semen inside  the condom and both the condoms were intact. Now i am feeling a slight pain in penis is that i am infected with HIV,
pain is very slightly not much but there is no discomfront while urinating.I am very concerned about getting an STD.

What could be causing and what are symptoms of STD/HIV.
Is that i need to test for HIV. If yes how long should i need to wait to get accurate results.

Please help me in this regard, as i have not got proper sleep for last 2 days.

Thank you so much for you time

According to all knowledge that we have, protected sex and using condom properly and consistently throughout the sexual intercourse process should have no worry in any STDs. Even there is, the chance to get should be extremely small that we can neglect it. Indeed I think unless symptoms do occur if not any tests are not required!

Not chance of HIV. Regardless, your symptoms don't sound anything like it. As far as other STD's almost as remote as possible. The only way would be if the condom slipped down at some point. Your symptoms don't sound like anything to worry about.

hi Sweet
With all the penis armour you had on, no way you were exposed to vaginal STD's like Gono and Chlymydia . With these you would have burning or itching in your urethea and a white discharge 5 days after contact and would be running to the doc for treatment. No way for HIV either as you need some real vaginal or anal unprotected penetration..
You probably hurt yourself from all the pulling and checking or even rolling up all the condoms, may have twisted your penis.
Your ok but if you concerned got see a doc as better safe than sorry.
