6 days Doxycycline for chlamydia?

Hi all

I have been diagnosed with chlamydia in my urine (2 weeks ago) and in my anus (last week). 2 weeks ago, I was given one dose of 1g azithromycin that helped (pain when urinating gone). Last week, since they also found chlamydia in my anus, I was again prescribed doxycycline (2x100g) for 7 days. However, the clinic made a mistake and only gave me 12 (instead of 14) 100g tablets that make my treatment will only lasts 6 days. The thing is I really can't pick up the extra tablets as the clinic is out of town and I am working full time and going abroad in 2 days. With both the azithromycin and incomplete doxycycline, do you think that my chlamydia will be cured anyway?

Thanks...

Thanks Vance. Yes I have been tested negative for HIV and syphillis. I actually have Gonorrhea too in my throat and got ceftriaxone injection.
