Burning while urinating

I recently started dating a guy and we had unprotected sex the second time we had sex. Immediately after I went to get checked and my test results came back that I was fine. A few weeks ago we had unprotected sex 3 times while I went to visit. The last day I was visiting he said that he thought I gave him a UTI. He went to the clinic and they said they didn't see anything wrong. But now he's complaining that It hurts a little when he pees and that he's peeing a lot. Could it be possible that I have him something? And I haven't been having any type of sexual intercourse with anyone else. PLEASE HELP!!!
