Clarification of results. Worried over nothing?

Googling for answers results in a lot of confusion, so I'm hoping someone can clarify this for me. I got a full panel test at 18 days post brief unprotected sex with a 23yo white female coworker (unknown status). Test included 4th gen HIV test and HIV RNA. My results came back with Non-Reactive and Target Not Detected. Other tests both blood and urine also came back negative for everything else. I'm at 5 weeks and don't think I've had any symptoms. I've had a very mild sore threat for about 2 weeks, but it seems to come and go (in fact if I spit out a little phlegm, that seems to deal with it for a little while) and Dr said it's post nasal drip - also swabbed for strep - negative. I've had a few pimples too, but I'm likely paying way too much attention to everything! In fact I think I may have even had a little of the PND beforehand - the weather has been odd!
Am I worried over nothing? I feel anxiety is getting the better of me. Should I get re-tested at 6 weeks or 12?

Hi, 18 days for thngs like gono and chlamydia would be conclusive but herpes would be at 3 months but with no blister type sores appearing about a week later you can rest comfortably that your ok. Same with syphilis

Thanks Life360_Dave. No blisters/sores so far (knock on wood) - I had a tiny spot on my glans ridge, but it wasn't painful or itchy and it went away in a day, so I figure that was nothing and just some irritation. I presume a HIV RNA at 18 days + the 4th gen with nothing detected is a fairly good indicator too? I think I'm fairly low risk, but nothing like your brain making you slowly go mad with the help of Dr Google! :)
