Could you tell me if what has been happening to me is an STD/STI/HIV/AIDS?

I've been having some symptoms recently in my genital area and would like some help to point me in the right direction with what it could be while I wait for my blood and urine results to be completed.
I'm 23, male, uncircumcised and masturbate about 1-2 times per day, dry, without the use of any lotions/lubes.
Currently it's February 21, 2017

My sexual activities:
-Received oral from a girl in spring of 2015, did not get hard or ejaculate. Did not reciprocate
-Received and gave oral to a girl end of 2015, did not get hard or ejaculate. Only gave oral for a few minutes.
-Monogamous relationship with GFfrom late january 2016 to late may 2016
-Received oral from another man on july 4, 2016 but it only lasted a short time as I wasn't able to get hard or even have an orgasm. I did not reciprocate.
-Gave oral to another man on August 7, 2016, but he did not ejaculate at all. He did not reciprocate
-Have not had any type of sexual intercourse since august 7, 2016, about 6 months.

A few days after giving oral i started to become paranoid and in that time developed an itchy redness between my scrotum and thighs (groin area), which was the only symptom I had. I went to the doctor and he told me that since it was too early to do any tests and have symptoms that I should wait. However, he told me that if I did catch anything I would see signs in my mouth as that was were contact was made and that my itchiness in my groin area was probably due to stress, paranoia, and excess sweat. It was summer time and I was freaking out of my mind to the point where I couldn't do any work , sleep, or focus on anything else. He advised me to go buy some body spray for sweat, which I did..Gold Bond Ultimate Men's Essentials Body Powder Spray. After using the spray for a few days my groin issue went away and I didn't notice any other signs/symptoms. This would be around end of august 2016.

Jump ahead to January 21, 2017. That night, after masturbating (I am uncircumcised/uncut), I experienced a minor itch on the right side of my outer foreskin with no visible signs. This went away but for the rest of the week I would experience an itch/irritation at the VERY TIP of my penis, at the opening of the urethra, I think it's called the meatus? and this would happen randomly throughout the day or shortly after masturbating. Not painful to where I would have to double over but just annoying enough for me to scratch down there or adjust myself. Every time I would feel the itch in the tip I would check on my penis and every time did not see any visible signs. I checked if this was a reaction to laundry but nobody else has been complaining about itching and no different detergents were used. For a few days I stopped masturbating and noticed a decrease in the frequency of the itchy tip but it still happened occasionally. Started masturbating again and the same symptoms would occur. Then went to doctor who was not sure what it could be and sent me for urine and blood tests. For the past 2-3 days I started wearing different boxers and stopped masturbating and the itching in the tip has gone away almost completely(about one month since it started). However, i still feel a minor prickly/itching sensation in my pubic area as well as a crawling/itch sensation on my scrotum from time to time.

Two days ago I noticed a small, painless, blood-filled pimple in the pubic area by the base of my shaft and popped it out of habit. Nothing like that since though.
Today I did notice an increase in heat between my genitals and inner thighs but have not seen any type or rash, as well as a dull, almost pulsating pain on the right side of my pelvis for about 15mins. I'm not sure if those two things are std related or just from stress. I did get a copy of my lab results yesterday but have been far too scared and nervous to open it and want to wait until next week during my doctor's appointment for him to tell me whats what. My biggest fear is having an incurable std like herpes, HIV/AIDS, hepatitis, etc..

Through this entire nightmare, from when the itching started until now I have NOT had any unusual discharge from my penis, just the usual sperm and urine. I have NOT seen any lesions, rashes, clusters, blisters, or abnormal growths around my genitals(besides that pimple that i popped), or any other visual symptoms. I have NOT had any pain or burning during urination, masturbation, and ejaculation. NO fatigue, vomiting, fevers, chills, or loss of appetite. NO sensitivity or pain on the penis head, shaft, scrotum, and elsewhere in the genital region. My buttocks and anus seem to be fine as well.

I've checked all over the internet and haven't found an explanation for this. Is this an STD? Infection? Bacterial? Fungal? Bug? Over masturbation? Stress? Jock itch? If anybody could be so kind and help me with my situation, it would be immensely appreciated! I'm sorry if that was alot of info and it's confusing but I'm new here and pretty scared so I wasn't sure how much to write but if you have any other questions please ask me, I'll do my best to answeryou (: Please only serious replies.

Thanks, glad to hear that. Ive stopped masturbating all this week but still get that pain in the very tip of my penis, although less frequently, like while sitting in class. Any idea what that could be from?
