No because HPV really does not affect the mouth.
Please forgive my further questions. I am not trying to be inconsiderate; however, I am confused.
I am by no means an expert, but the reason for my question involves recent research on the subject.
I have read that performing oral sex on someone with HPV can lead to an oral infection and that HPV DNA is found in 70%+ of oral cancer biopsies.
With that said, I don't understand what is meant by "does not affect the mouth".
HPV is not common enough in the mouth to be passed by kissing. Yes you can get HPV from oral sex but it is rare.
