Help with results

Dear Doctors,

I am a 30 year old married male who made a stupid mistake and had a one time sexual encounter with a 24 year old ex-girlfriend on 11/15/10. I never wanted to cheat on my wife, but like I said it was a stupid mistake. I had unprotected oral and vaginal sex (I did not ejaculate) with as well as performing oral on her. The next day I started to notice some burning when I urinated and some pain on the order of blue balls in my testicles. On 11/17/10 I started taking a Z-Pack (500mg first day and 250mg for the next 5 days) that I had in my medicine cabinet. The burning and pain started to subside within a few days of taking the Z-Pack. The next Monday (11/22/10) I decided to get a 8-panel STD test just to confirm that I was safe. Below are the results of the test that I received back today 11/24/10.

I am wanting to know basically what these results are telling me? Are any of the results close to being positive? I am also wanting to know if taking the Z-Pack when I did if that could that have effected my results? Today I started having some testicle pain again along with diarrhea...could this be a sign of something else related to the symptoms I noted above? Shortly after my bowl movement the testicle pain starts to subside. Am I just being paranoid and is my anxiety making these symptoms show up?

Thank you in advance for any help and knowledge that you can give me on this matter.

Well I am now on a 10 day dose of Keflex for Prostatitis. I am assuming this is from  some sort of bacteria that I had caught from her. I don't think it was STD related since the symptoms started within hours of sex.

Even though she says this, it does not mean that she could be entirely clean. A single exposure of unprotected sex does not always lead to an acquisition of a std but I would not taking a chance in not getting tested again. Gono and Chlamydia is out the way but you still have to get tested for the others.

Out of all the tests I was most concerned with getting the Gonorrhea and Chlamydia done. The female I was with has assured me that she was clean and has never had anything and that she doesn't have much unprotected sex.

I am sorry to say this but your panel is not fully conclusive. Your results for gonorrhea and chlamydia were conclusive however, the stds that you tested for (Syphilis, Hep.B, Hep. C, Herpes, and HIV) were way too early for conclusive results. The z-pack may have helped, however, we here in medhelp recommend that individuals do not medicate themselves for something they may or may not have.
