Hello,
Recently I got a few red dots on the head of my penis and under the foreskin. I'm 18 and I am still a virgin, I masterbate frequently with no lubricant or lotion and my girlfriend gives me hand jobs and uses her spit as lubricant but she does not have any std's either. We are both virgins with no history of std's. the spots don't itch or burn but I am really worried.

this sound like a fungal infection or irritation more than anything.  You aren't sexually active so you know they aren't a std.

saliva isn't a good lube and it is associated with an increase in fungal infections in the genitals.  Worth having a good sex lube handy to use for when your gf gives you a hand job - the lil guy will appreciate it :)

I was on some cold medicine but around like 1month and a half ago. It started off with 1 red dot but a few more came down. I thought it could be an std but I didn't feel any of the symptoms. I was just paranoid so my mind would play tricks on me
