Genital herpes usually shows up within two weeks after the exposure, rarely more than three weeks. It could be possible but I think what you have doesn't seem the typical appereance of a herpes outbreak. The fact that you used condom reduces the risk and I suppose your partner didn't have an active outbreak because you would have noticed it. Probabilities are in your favour, although I can't say you don't get it 100% sure. Maybe some other forum users can help you. Take care
