I have same symptoms

I have the same symptoms as well, i did a lot of research and did not find my symptoms to match up with Herpes. I did however find this http://en.allexperts.com/q/Urology-Male-issues-989/Discomfort-tip-penis.htm. This doctor seems to be linking similar symptoms to a Prostate problem.

This discussion is related to discomfort at the tip of my penis.

Many times, pain at the tip of your penis is related to a prostate problem.  

It can be many things though, so you should get it checked out.

yea some girl was wacking mine and it was very dry...so it kinda hurt and she was goin all fast but yeah i have the same symptons...ive put baby oil but it only works for like 30 minutes. what worries me is the little little red bumps that i barely see on there but thats what hurts and it has only been 4 days tho but what have u been doin?

I'm not sure who you are talking to, but if you are having symptoms, you need to see a doctor.  And get a good lube instead of baby oil.

for a few months now i have been a having a pain in time on tip of my penis when i pee and well you no when you follow you penis down into the sack it hurts inside there and to stop pain i gotta squish the penis and that part to stop the pain i have no idea how this started only thing i can think of iv been dating my gf for 2 yrs and we have unprotected sex few time but not all the time and she was a virgin when i meet her
