Painful urination.

An STI was detected 2yrs ago in my urinal system. I have used over 20 antibiotics.Latest test was culture and sensitivity, i had an abdominal and pelvic scan but all could not show anything. The current signs  are : Painful urination and discomfort when the bladder is full. The last recommendation of the doctor was...no more antibiotics , l only need to take a lot of water..Any help ?

Highly doubt this is STD related. Have you recently tested for STD's? Any unprotected sexual contact? What was your STD you had 2 yrs ago?
