Passing STDS from putting on condom backwards

Hello, about two months ago, I received unprotected oral sex from a 50 year woman that I met at a bar.  A week later after obsessing over it and possibly feeling aching in my testicles and an urgency to pee more than usual, I went to a walk-in and was given two 500mg tablets of azitromiycin and a shot of something else in the behind.  I was still feeling and urge to urinate more frequently with a tingling in the head of my penis so two weeks later I had a urine test done and it came back negative for gonorrhea and chylamadia.  But I was still feeling the urge to urinate more than usual. In the meantime, I had put on a condom backwards making contact with the tip of my penis before flipping it around and having vaginal sex with my girlfriend that I cheated on.  Question 1, could my test results have been a false negative and Question 2, what is the likely hood that I passed something on to my girlfriend?  The girlfriend situation is my main concern at this time.
Thank you,
James

Hi Stressinout,

No I did not get a burning sensation.  I went and got treated as a precaution a week after the encounter.  Then about a week and a half later I started noticing that I had to urinate more frequently even getting up once a night early in the morning for a few nights.

The urge to urinate from an std, your urethra would be block up with a puss infection not letting the urine to come out. Other than that its either mental from anxiety or your prostate was enlarged simi blocking the urine to exit. I really suspect its anxiety as even with the meds it would not go away in the first day.

Hi James, since getting Gono and Chlamydia from oral is extremely low risk, the only real risk is for herpes 1. But if she did not have any lip sores at the time your risk would be close to zero.

Hi Dave,
I did go back to the doctor last week for the continued need to have to urinate and he prescribed me a 10 day script of levofloxacin.  Almost immediately within the first day or two I felt the urge to urinate had gone away.  If this was not because of an std than what do you think it was if anything.
