Penile Discharge Feeling, Bad Poop smell, Urethra itching/burning

I am a confused and worried person at this moment.

About 3 weeks back, I had a time out with my friends on my bachelor party. We stayed in a cheap hotel and they hires a prostitute+stripper for me. I was drunk and had protected vaginal sex with the woman (just me). I also drank water right from the bathroom sink tap.

In 2 days, I started to have stomach cramps (no diarrhea) like I had to poop but nothing used to come out. Stool was also not watery or diarrhea like. It was fine. But I started having nausea and stomach cramps. On second day I realized that my poop had a weird pungent smell. Which was really very obvious and was really bad. I went to the doctor thinking it is some kind of an STD but I was told that I have gastroenteritis. I want to mention that according to me, the prostitute had the same smell coming from her rectum. I mentioned this to the doc but he chose to ignore it.

Anyway, I gave some tests on my own through an online STD testing facility and my Herpes, Chlamydia, HIV (PCR and ELisa), Gonorrhea, Syphilis  all came back negative. This was the 4th day from the exposure.

Doctor gave me a week's course of Ciprofloxacin. My smell reduced but did not go away (it has not yet gone totally whenever I wipe my anus and smell it, the same pungent smell comes). I having been taking liquid diet and yogurt and what not, but it just does not go.

2 weeks after the exposure, I felt some itching on the tip of my penis with the penis/urethra tip a little extra red than usual. I started to have feeling of going to pee all the time and I usually felt something getting discharged from my penis in a drop form, but when I check my underwear, nothing comes out. I tried to rub my penis to see if there is a discharge but there is no discharge but this feeling of a drop coming out happens 3-4 times a day. The itching is also there. My doctor said it is Non-gonnococal-Urethritis (NGU). It has been a week since I started taking Doxycyclin with no major progress. I have one more week of Doxycyclin left and will give it a shot.

But I am not sure what should I do if this does not work.

Can anyone suggest anything  please?

I have a little sore throat today. This is my 4th week since the exposure. I am worried it might be HIV. Infections and then sore throat. I am really worried.

It can take time for medication to work.

Shouldn't Doxycycline take care of the infection? Why would it increase or remain the same?

I am suffering from guilt. That is true. I really love my wife and in mere drunken state and for some fun, I did this. All I am hoping is that I do not give my wife any disease. That is why I am making sure that I am disease free before we do anything.

I tried to masturbate a few mins back and felt a lot of burning sensation in urinary tract and tip of my penis. My ejactulate was also brownish in color. Not dark brown but brown enough to make me feel that there is something wrong.

Are NGU and brown semen related?

NGU can show symptoms after 2 weeks. As for gastroenteritis...follow up with your Dr.

I think you are suffering more from a guilt complex than anything else.  Keep following up with your doctor.

Also, can a gastroenteritis infection spread to my urethra?

Was wondering if NGU can be dormant for 2 weeks after the exposure and show signs after two weeks?

Follow up with your Dr. NGU can be sexually transmitted but can get other ways. The other smell you have has nothing to do with a STD.
